Free U.S. Shipping
200IQ Labs offers FREE standard shipping on every order within the United States. There is no minimum purchase required.
Order Processing
We aim to process orders within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will generally be processed on the next business day.
Processing times may occasionally be extended due to high order volume, address verification, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Estimated Delivery
After your order has been processed and shipped, standard U.S. delivery typically takes approximately 4–8 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier operations, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.
Order Tracking
When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address provided with your order. Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking information after your order has shipped.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@200iqlabs.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has shipped.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package appears to be lost, arrives damaged, or you experience another delivery issue, please contact us at support@200iqlabs.com with your order information. We’ll review the issue and help determine the appropriate resolution.
Multiple Addresses
We can ship an individual order to only one address. If you would like products shipped to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.
International Shipping
At this time, our standard shipping offer applies to orders shipped within the United States. Availability of shipping to destinations outside the United States may vary. If international shipping is not available for your destination at checkout, we are unable to ship your order there at this time.
